1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✔ The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
✔ The item is unused, in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
✔ The item is not listed as non-returnable (e.g., final sale items, customized watches).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact our support team at contact@grabtopix.xyz with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ We will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to ship the item back.
3️⃣ Securely package the product and send it to our return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process the refund within 5-7 business days.
✔ If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
✔ If rejected (due to signs of wear, missing components, or damage), we will notify you of the reason.
💡 Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
4. Exchanges
